Full Roles and Responsibilities

• Sound Experience in Hiring OPT/CPT/EAD/H1B/GC/US Citizen candidates for marketing and placement in various technologies.
• Experience in Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals, maintaining database of resumes.
• Conducting preliminary interview and schedule the technical interview with Recruiting Managers.
• Experience in following up with the candidate and make sure to explain the compensation benefits and other terms and conditions.
• Coordinate with the candidate in collecting all the required documents for validation and on boarding.
• Expert in sourcing H1B Transfer candidates.
• Should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the market.
• Contact references of consultants and validate the experience

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors Degree or masters degree
• Should comfortble for nightshifts i.e 6.30 PM IST to 3.30 PM IST
• Must have strong knowledge and experience as a OPT recruiter.
• Must be proficient with MS office suite which includes MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Visio etc.
• xperience in the US IT Staffing Industry
• Highly organized with good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and able to anticipate and resolve issues before they arise.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish credibility and trust at all levels of the organization.
• Results-oriented, with good ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 925,559.93 - 950,016.88 per month Benefits:
