Hiring - OPT Recruiters

Location : LB Nagar, Hyderabad (ONSITE)
Experience : 1-5 Yrs Desired Candidate Profile
*A qualified candidate must have at least 1-5 years of proven US IT Staffing market.
*An aggressive team player with a strong hold on niche technologies in the IT market.
*Strong experience and understanding of US OPT Hiring.
*Good experience in cold calling, price negotiation and need to have good convincing and closing skills.
*Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1B, OPT, Stem OPT, H4 EAD and TN Visa.
*Good Knowledge on H1 Transfers.
*Knowledge of Employment Type W2, Corp to Corp, 1099.
*Expertise in university posting.
*Must have high knowledge on LinkedIn sourcing, Calling to consultants.
*Experience in identifying potential candidates through job portals, referrals, forums, networking, and headhunting with minimum Turn-around-Time.
*Must possess an appropriate level of computer literacy.
Must have the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Roles and Responsibilities
*Self-Screen the resumes of the consultants to understand the profile before onboarding them to the bench.
*Maintaining an active database of OPT candidates.
*Use social networks and research to build internal databases and recruit passive candidates.
*Posting the ads for OPT, CPT, H1, L2, TN, EAD, and Green Card candidates for IT Training and W-2 Hiring.
*Address the consulting needs of a major client account. *Maintaining a good database for the follow-ups.
