- Good understanding and ability to pool student contacts through USA Job Portals and social networking.
- Should have proper understanding of visa status like F1, CPT, OPT, H4 EAD, H1B and GC etc.
- Ability to interact, develop Student network, and get the OPT/CPT/EAD candidates
- Speak to candidates and convince them for training if they are freshers. Onboard them for marketing if they have solid experience already.
- Maintaining an active database of OPT candidates
- Calling OPT/H4 EAD/L2 EAD/ Green card /Citizen candidates and explaining to them about our company\'s on-boarding/training/tax benefits and bringing them on the payrolls of our company
- Posting advertisements on university sites and various job portals.
- Knowledge of using any ATS-Applicant Tracking System. Well-Versed with USA Geography Act as a liaison between candidate and management.
- Need to have excellent knowledge of Tax Terms
