OPT/CPT Recruiter Roles and Responsibilities

Sound Experience in Hiring OPT/CPT/EAD/H1B/GC/US Citizen candidates for marketing and placement in various technologies.
Experience in Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals, maintaining a database of resumes.
Conducting preliminary interviews and schedule the technical interview with Recruiting Managers.
Experience in following up with the candidate and making sure to explain the compensation benefits and other terms and conditions.
Coordinate with the candidate in collecting all the required documents for validation and on boarding.
Expert in sourcing H1B Transfer candidates.
Should possess good knowledge on various technologies in the market.
Contact references of consultants and validate the experience

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor\'s Degree or master\'s degree
Should comfortable for night shifts i.e 6.30 PM IST to 3.30 PM IST
Must have strong knowledge and experience as an OPT recruiter.
Must be proficient with MS office suite which includes MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Visio etc.
Experience in the US IT Staffing Industry
Highly organized with good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proactive and able to anticipate and resolve issues before they arise.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish credibility and trust at all levels of the organization.
Results-oriented, with good ability to prioritize and multitask.
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
