Your responsibilities

• Main Accountabilities:
• Deliveries
• Manage the Q&O monthly performance reporting - timely and accurate reporting of performance
• Validate and improve reporting quality - continue to enhance data accuracy, integrity, and report outcomes
• Work on the automation of Q&O monthly performance reporting
• Interact with BU teams on improvement opportunities
• Building Analysis Services reporting models.
• Developing visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop.
• Connecting to data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business Intelligence.
• Develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with warehouse standards.
• Develop, publish, and schedule Power BI reports as per the business requirements.
• Capture business requirements and develop data models accordingly by taking care of the resources.
• Continue to enhance data accuracy, integrity and report outcomes
• Seek user enhancement feedback and propose improvement strategies
• Seek new trends and opportunities in Performances and Analytics
• Quality and Operations strategies:
• Work with Business Units QCI and Operations teams at various locations, to create a cohesive and collaborative environment that values team success across delivery, quality assurance, training, communication, and reporting in space of Performance and Reporting.

• Define KPIs, key metrics, and critical data point analysis
• Identify opportunities to improve company metric and KPIs
• Deploys the standard quality improvement approach within all areas of the local organization to continuously improve business practices and performance.

• Drives application and development of best practice frameworks across the entire value chain to embed a culture of excellence in operational performance.
• Communicate information and insights strategy, and results to senior leaders and cross-business lines partners
• Establish expectations and priorities, drive performance, coach, develop and mentor team, and create a positive, dynamic, and collaborative work environment
• Develops strategic and tactical plans that create a safety conscious environment that results in employee safety and well-being
• Management systems
• Responsible for developing and driving short- and long-term data strategy for the Operations business lines, and liaise with IT to improve integrity and availability of data
• Drive consistency and improvement in the visualization of data, including cross-divisional dashboards
• Develop reporting mechanisms used to measure the success and support of operational programs

Your background

• Basic Qualifications:
• Graduate/Post Graduate in Engineering, Finance, Business Management, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar quantitative field
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Power BI, Power Apps, SQL data warehouse, OLAP CUBE, Microsoft Azure, SSAS, Visual Studio
• Power BI development and administration.
• Excellent in analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports.
• Able to implement row level security on data and have an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI.
• Proficient in making DAX queries in Power BI desktop.
• Expertise in using advance level calculations on the data set.
• Able to develop tabular and multidimensional models that are compatible with warehouse standards.
• Adept in developing, publishing and scheduling Power BI reports as per the business requirements.
• Able to properly understand the business requirements and develop data models accordingly by taking care of the resources.
• Should have knowledge and skills for secondary tools such as Microsoft Azure, SQL data warehouse, SSAS, Visual Studio, Power Apps etc.
• Able to integrate Power BI reports into other applications using embedded analytics like Power BI service (SaaS), or by API automation. Also, one must be experienced in developing custom visuals for Power BI.
• Document process, models, designs, and solutions and able to explain, represent, and discuss with the team
• Microsoft DA-100 certification preferred
