Roles and Responsibilities Operations Manager role with leading Insurance Company
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
Manage day to day operations of the claims department and ensure smooth movement of every claim within sub departments of the function within SLA guidelines.
Empower the claims leadership team and support the department and ensure quality claims metrics and service level agreements are met
Provide regular feedback, support and leadership regarding department level performance in critical areas such as P&L, KPI, quality, company policy and procedure adherence
SKILL SET:- Analytical Skills
Analytical skills to read , interpret MIS
Skill sets to handle a team to achieve the business goals
b. Domain Knowledge
Sound domain knowledge of the health insurance policies and practice in India
Good knowledge of the insurance and regulatory requirements and compliances
