KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing contractual staff related items
- Implement the complete process for contractual staff hiring
- Seamless on-boarding for contractual employees
- End to End life cycle management for contractual sfatt
- Prepare and share dashboards and MIS on a periodic basis
- Ensure adherence to all statutory and compliance requirements
- Prepare, circulate and reinforce guidelines on management of contractual staff including Do\xe2\x80\x99s and Don\xe2\x80\x99t\xe2\x80\x99s
- Partner with Finance to create a robust payment process for the outsourced vendor
- Model for reconciliation of compliance, salary and other items on a monthly basis
- DISHA Integration : CRM,Beacon, Aquarius etc
- Location/Department/Designation Creation
- Master Reconciliation
- Resolution of onboarding issues with DB
- Creating new role on DB for specific DB access requirements
- Monthly payroll and headcount related
- Exit and new joinees monthly
Location :-Gurgaon
Work Form Office.
