Roles and Responsibilities Brand Marketing role with leading Insurance company
- Brand Strategy: Collaborate and create Annual Operating Plans for Brand.
- Campaign Management: Develop and manage Brand Campaigns with thorough execution of plan to deliver on KPIs
- Creative Excellence: Understanding Brand Guidelines & Design philosophy to create compelling
- and persuasive creative assets across formats to communicate with consumers
- Consumer Insights: Generate understanding of the Consumer Journey; Consumer Behavior and glean actionable insights
- Media: Work with Media Team to deploy right levels of media across ATL forms TV/Print/Outdoor/Radio
- Product Launches: Collaborate with Products Team & co-create Product launch plans
- Digital Marketing: Understanding of digital marketing for brand building exercises and leveraging social media for building top-of-the-funnel metrics
- Market Research: Initiate primary and secondary research to test concepts; creative recall; usage& attitude studies and brand health metrics
- Data Analysis: Ability to work with large cross functional data-sets and generate actionable data driven insights on performance and spends
