EcoVcraft is derived from two words eco and craft. Eco stands for eco-friendly. V stands for we people, who work to bring the most beautiful, sustainable & thoughtful fashion to your doorsteps. Craft stands for intricately handcrafted bags, hence the name EcoVcraft. Our name summarizes our intent and philosophy. We are a manufacturer and exporter of women's & men's clothing, accessories, bags, home decor & many eco-friendly products (masks, loofah, brush, etc.).

About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Convincing or negotiating with customers on DM through social media websites
2. Replying to customers' queries and solving all sorts of queries related to products, shipping information, providing the tracking number, etc.
3. Building contacts with potential clients to increase sales
4. Keeping the prospective client's database updated
5. Handling customers over call, email, and through other streams
6. Packing all the orders & generating a tracking number
7. Following up on the leads generated through various sources
8. Identifying customer's needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives.

Please note internship is for min. 5-6 Months, not less than that .

Who can apply

Additional Information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (? 1000 per sale).

1. We are based out in Pune Camp. We are looking for someone who can manage everything and can play a role of a manager (not now, but in the future).
