About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication (both internally and externally)
2. Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
3. Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities
4. Attend phone calls, maintain attendance and leave records
5. Maintain a healthy relationship with the clients
6. Manage the operational requirements by scheduling & assigning employees and following up on work results
