Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team in West Goregaon. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations of a thriving home decor business. Freshers are welcome to apply, as we provide comprehensive training and mentorship. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing inventory levels and stock replenishment processes. Support order processing, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products. Help maintain organized and efficient warehouse operations. Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager. Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
