Position: Operations Executiv Department: Operations Experience: 2+ years Education: Graduate in Business Administration Degree \xe2\x80\x93 Masters in Operations Management or similar Location: Kolkata ( Remote Working) Age: Below 30 years Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide operational support.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients and handle inquiries or escalations in a professional manner.
Team Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, legal, finance, and HR, to align operational activities with company goals. Foster a collaborative work environment and facilitate effective communication between teams. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional development and performance improvement. Update the Master Sheet Send Renewal reminder emails and prepare case files Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements for business setup operations. Monitor and maintain quality standards in service delivery and operational processes. Conduct regular audits to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions. Competencies Required: Good Communication skills- Verbal & written Attention to Detail Team Player Organized Adaptability to Change Proactive Job Type: Full-time Pay: 25,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
