EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: A Graduate is necessary. Previous Experience in the Sales department in a logistics company looking into parcel business as an executive for 1 years minimum. Good in verbal and written business communication. Reporting softwares like google sheets, CRM etc. Experience in designated area to understand the potential customers. ROLES AND DUTIES: Understand the targets of sales to be achieved and work on achieving them. Make sales visits each day with potential leads. Sales routine would include finding potential clients in the city allocated and meet them to convert into sales. Post sales visits discuss rates with the senior send rate quotations with emails and work towards converting into sales. Work with lost customers. Meeting leads generated from inside sales team. Weekly targets of new leads generation via cold calls if needed and meeting them for work. Daily reporting on google sheets. Follow-up with clients for whatever is required by them like rates, emails and negotiations. He will be responsible for assisting tasks across multiple areas in the operations department. The candidate will be required to maintain the efficiency of the operations and help teams to make smart decisions to maintain seamless operations.
