Operation Role | GIFT City, Gandhinagar (Gujarat) Full time

Trade Air (IFSC) is registered stockbroker and investment manager at GIFT City IFSC. We are seeking an experienced candidate to handle operations out of this newly formed SEZ.

Principal Responsibilities

• Manage BOD/EOD back-office accounts & front office processes along with creating SOPs Handle communication with exchanges, banks, consultants and other vendors. Manage all administrative tasks with a systematic approach Assist the company in its growth trajectory by being a savvy operator in IFSC which is a fast-paced developing zone Handle exchange and regulatory compliances like System, Internal, Cyber Audit and SEZ (Special Economic Zone) reporting Be updated with the latest announcements/changes in regulations announced by various parties such as exchanges (NSE IFSC, India INX) and the regulator (IFSCA) Lead a small team with two other members working directly under your supervision

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent degree (IIM plus) 2-3 Years of experience working in stockbroking (proprietary trading) or investment management (AIF) industry (required) Proficient in Microsoft Suite/Google Workspace/MacOS/Windows and great communication skills and etiquette Organized and team player focused on the growth of the company Have an excellent understanding of purpose, mechanism, new developments, and opportunities in IFSC and respective stock exchanges Passion for problem-solving with a track record Ability to lead and manage a small team of 3-4 colleagues
