2. Improve operational management systems, processes and handle daily operational tasks
3. Manage learners and mentors\' entire learning experience journey
4. Effectively communicate with learners and mentors community
5. Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs to ensure a smooth learning experience for learners
6. Increase the quality of customer and service experience for learners and mentors community
7. Increase Operational Efficiency of Processes and Systems in place
8. Conduct Cross Team Collaboration for better Issues management
9. Manage Space Infrastructure of existing Active Learning Environments
10. Manage Customer Satisfaction Ratings
11. Managing Inventory, shipping and logistics for various products for e-commerce
