Be an organized self-starter with demonstrated time management and multi-tasking skills to support the day to day needs of our employees
Must be well-versed with HR policies, procedures and help to manage administrative duties within the context of our growing HR function and work comfortably in a small business environment
Must be able to manage and enforce the developing policies for Genzeon employees and with our hourly contractors and independent consultants
Will assist our leadership, operations and project teams with new hire candidate background checks, reference checks, onboarding, off-boarding, and assist with various reports and spreadsheets, etc.
Create and maintain timesheets, time tracking records from employees and contractors
Create and maintain employee database, payroll salary or rate information, and related employment data, such as I-9, W-4s and other new hire paperwork.
Answer questions from vendors, employees, and customers about their bills, paychecks, and invoices.
Handling additional duties from time to time.
Qualifications:
Must have hands on knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, HRIS, ATS exposure
3-5 years of experience in an HR/Operations support role (more would be nice!) with a completed BA/BS or currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in HR/MBA
Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines, and work under pressure
Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Strong attention to detail and ability to think analytically
Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
