Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
- Duties and Responsibilities - \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing training to all Branch level/ Area level resources on Gold Loan Process and Operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Regular Review
Controlling as well as Monitoring of gold loan Policy

Auditing and Compliance with the Policy as laid down \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitoring & reviewing the performance of the branches for maintaining the uniformity in gold loan & cash process \xe2\x80\xa2 Periodic branch visit and verify the quality

quantity and inventory of pledged gold and cash \xe2\x80\xa2 To verify the records and registers to ascertain whether there is any lapses/discrepancy in maintaining such records \xe2\x80\xa2 To verify that all statutory requirements are fulfilled at branch and all necessary certificates

licenses and notices are put in place \xe2\x80\xa2 To verify whether there are any lapses in security and safety of the branch and assets \xe2\x80\xa2 To understand the processes in detail

including any modifications

on a day to day basis \xe2\x80\xa2 To identify the process gaps and its closure \xe2\x80\xa2 Continuous market awareness e.g. if a group of persons or a suspected gang is operating in an area

Required Qualifications and Experience
- "\xe2\x80\xa2 Graduation with 4 years of experience in gold loan operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of gold evaluation process \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in gold Loan audit & training
