Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - • Day to day mutual fund transaction processing – Account registration modification order processing & Transaction reconciliation • KYC upload / modification on CVL KRA backoffice & BSE Starmf platform • Hourly checking tracking customer onboarding / registered through online / offline platforms • Mandate registration and exception handling with BSE star / AMC / RTA • Daily mutual fund unit reconciliation with BSE Starmf RTA / AMC • Periodic mutual fund AUM reconciliation and exception handling with BSE Starmf / AMC/ RTA to maintain customer portfolio up to date. • Making follow up with internal stakeholders such as product COE IT Ops PMO and other teams required as per process. • Daily MIS creation and publish to stakeholders. • Daily tracking of service requests received on service portal and resolution within TAT. • Making follow up with BSE AMC RTA for unreconciled /unmapped transactions • Tracking scanning of physical file scanning (wherever applicable) • Communication/sending revert to all mails received or raised by product



Required Qualifications and Experience
* • Graduate Degree, 3-5 years’ experience in Mutual fund operations with 3+ years in Centralized Ops. • Hands-on expertise and experience on Mutual fund distribution backoffice platforms, BSE Starmf/NSE MFSS platforms would be an added advantage • NISM certification in mutual fund and capital marked would be an added advantage. • Applicant should be well versed with various MS Excel knowledge, MS word, Power point. • High degree of passion and self-belief • Collaborative work style to engage with peers & colleagues in other functions across the company • Exceptionally high motivational levels and a self-starter. • Should have good command over English, Hindi language with good written and verbal communication. • Should possess the below skill sets: -Team Management Skills, - Relationship Management skills, - Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills,- Negotiation Skills & influencing skills, - Analytical & Problem Solving skills
