Must have at least 0-4 years of experience as Team Lead and Very good Communications Skills is required

The candidate will be responsible for monitoring the performance of multiple employees.
Will act as Sr. Manager and participate in planning meetings to implement new strategies with respect to employee's performance
Manage process and lead a team, actively participate in projects/ process enhancements and encourage creative thinking amongst the team.
Strong business knowledge to answer the process-related questions from the team and help them to meet the business objectives.
for daily management of a team, which includes, but is not limited to - Capacity Planning, performance reporting on a periodic basis, utilization, cross-training for business cycles, reviewing, prioritizing, and distributing daily work to meet deadlines and goals.

Must be able to quickly process and analyze information to make decisions and solve problems
Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams Proficiency in CLM a plus
strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be a self-starter and quick learner
