Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations. - Assist in the planning and execution of operational tasks and projects. - Maintain accurate records and documentation of operations-related activities. - Efficiently manage and track inventory and supplies. - Generate reports and analyze data using Excel to identify areas for improvement. - Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. - Handle administrative tasks related to operations as needed. Qualifications:* - Minimum 6 months of experience in an operations role in Insurance Industry - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to create and analyze data. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking. - Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. - Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. - Bachelor\'s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
