- Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
- Handling Day to Day activities for all store.
- Collecting all data day to day from all allied store and maintain report.
- Responsible for all entry booking of material dispatched and operational stock.
- Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.
- Ensure store Engineer requisition form is signed by the person collecting the goods and enter into the Inventory/Materials Management System.
- Any differences between the manual count and WIMS software have to be investigated and the information to be given to the operation heads.
- Find out quarry and solving them with technically
- Should Have min. two Year of Experience
- Should Have Advance knowledge Of Excel
- Must be Graduate
- Good analytical skills.
- Day shift
