We have opening in HR profile for Gurugram location Job Responsibilities: - Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process. Negotiating salary and closure before given deadlines using various resources. End to End Lifecycle management of candidates Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures. Recommend strategies to motivate employees. Investigate complaints brought forward by employees. Coordinate employee development plans and performance management. Perform orientations and update records of new staff. Manage the organizations employee database and prepare reports. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. Assist with budget monitoring and payroll. Keep UpToDate with the latest HR trends and best practices. Attendance Management Basic understanding of statutory compliance/ various regulations Knowledge of labor legislation & legalities in relation to HR & employment rights Assist in the development and execution of various HR policies and procedures. Responsible for maintaining and/or managing various HR information (MIS) and dashboards. Planning, implementing and organizing various employee engagement activities in conjunction with the Reporting Manager. Experience of dealing with senior management. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form Grievance Handling Exit Interview Professional Attributes: Admin experience will be an added advantage. Good understanding of Technology hiring services such as Windows, Exchange, VMware & Storage will be an added advantage.
