->Design remuneration and benefits programs.
->Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly and yearly reviews and 360)
->Develop equitable HR policies and ensure employees understand and adhere to them.
->Implement efficient procurement, screening and interviewing techniques.
->Evaluates training requirements and coordinates learning and development initiatives for all employees.
->Monitor the HR budget.
->Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues.
->Management of employee grievances.
->Create and deliver referral incentive programs.
->Review current HR technology and recommend more efficient software (including HRIS and WES).
->Measurement of employee retention and turnover rates.
->Supervises the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
Requirements:-
->Demonstrated professional experience as an HR executive, HR Recruitment or similar.
->Knowledge of human resource management systems and applicant follow-up systems.
->Experience in full-term recruitment.
->Good knowledge of labour legislation (including work contracts, holidays and insurance)
->Demonstrable leadership skills.
->Strong communication skills.
