To manage all spheres of human resources and cultivate a healthy work environment. Departmental accountability, creating and taking ownership of new HR strategies, digital HR transformation and engagement are other key areas of HR to be undertaken.
Seeking HR Leader to drive the development and implementation of digital HR strategy for the Ensemble Engineering Team in India. You will be responsible to manage all spheres of human resources and cultivate a healthy work environment. Departmental accountability, creating and taking ownership of new HR strategies, digital HR transformation and engagement are other key areas of HR to be undertaken.
To be successful in this role, you will contribute to business strategy and translate business priorities into an HR agenda. Youll help business leaders look around corners through data-driven innovative recommendations for new initiatives as well as iterating on current programs to improve team performance, retention, and the employee experience.

Reports To: Senior Director- HR

Roles & Responsibilities:
Must Have:
Develop and deliver a comprehensive Human Resources Strategy that integrates and closely aligns with the business strategy.
Continually strive to improve all HR processes and programs and identify and implement new ones, including career development, employee benefits, and other processes by utilizing digital tools and platforms.
Engage and influence senior management to support and implement HR initiatives across the organization including Total Rewards.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and talent management of human capital.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Develop and maintain organizational development programs, benefit plans, policies and guidelines, equal opportunity programs, and grievances procedures.
Develop and build a learning organization by creating a learning resource that can be integrated with PMS systems.
Develop and maintain industry mandated metrics to evaluate effectiveness. operations across various teams within the organization (KRAs, KPIs, etc).
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Effectively structure benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.

Should Have:
Good sense of prioritization and time management.
A solid track record of influencing senior business leaders while demonstrating excellent decision quality.
Effective process management and process design (where necessary).
Analytical skills to use data and make informed decisions about HR evaluation.
Presentation skills to present key findings and status reports to the leadership.
Ability to work on unique campaigns with the digital marketing team to attract and retain quality talent.
Education: Any Graduate
