We are Hiring for US Onboarding Specialist at Sunrise Biztech Systems (Manyata Tech Park) Bangalore.Position: US Onboarding Specialist
Location: Bangalore, INDIAExperience: 1-3yrs into Indian/US/UK onboarding & background check process
Shift Timings: 6:00 pm to 3:00am (IST) with only 5 days working (Sat & Sun Fixed off)***Mandatory to have excellent communication skills:Preferred Qualifications:

• Responsible for Initiating Back ground check for the candidates who has been offered
• Collecting the necessary documents and details from the candidates post offer for the smooth Onboarding purpose.
• Responsible for Initiating Drug test for the candidates.
• Meeting SLA in On Boarding consultants defined by the management
• Nurturing existing accounts using consultant follow up
• Evaluate, create and maintain all business operations processes including but not limited to: overseeing resume formatting, hand-offs from account managers to recruiters, providing support to account managers, ensuring client questions or problems are satisfactorily resolved, maintaining client documentations
• Responsible for preparing on boarding tracking reports daily basis.
• Produce weekly metrics reports, month interview reports and quarterly offer & hire reports
• As need basis does 2nd level follow up through email & phone for timesheets

General Skills:

• Should have excellent communication skills
• Experience in communicating with US Accent is a plus
• Should be able to deliver results under minimum supervision

Qualification: Any Graduates - B.E / B.Tech / B.Com / BBM /B CA / B.Pharma / B Sc.
Post Graduates like MBA are also eligible
