Key Responsibility: The core responsibilities of the Seller Support Executive include providing periodical sales training to the seller onboarding agents, mentoring them, checking the call quality, interacting with the client for end-to-end delivery in terms of seller onboarding, supporting the agents as and when required. Key Highlights: The position is for one of our international E-commerce marketplace clients. The agents are required to convince the sellers & suppliers to get onboarded to our client marketplace platform and start selling their products online through the platform. The database of sellers and suppliers will be shared by the client and the calls will be done through an online dialer. All calls will be done within Indian geography. Skill Sets: - Experienced in tele sales / seller onboarding / Inside sales / Lead or Demand Generation. - Excellent communication Skills and convincing skills.
