Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing Technical Support for smooth running of manufacturing of Material process & Uniformity of Tyres
- Technical Support for smooth functioning of manufacturing material process
- Responsible for Waste/Defect minimization, Uniformity & Balancing Downstream analysis and Uniformity& Balancing Rejection Trend analysis
- Process capability enhancement of tire room area
- Component & Compound Properties Analysis - Influence on Waste and Uniformity
- Component validation & verification
- Tire Building Machine Set up & Validation with respect to Uniformity & balancing
- Material Tooling design & Validation
- Bachelors' degree in mechanical, automotive, electrical engineering
- 4 to 6 years of experience in tyre industry
- Familiar with tyre building, tyre curing, tyre uniformity, tyre balancing and defect minimization
- Aware of tyre building machines and the process
- Has good analytical and communication skills
- Willing to work in Aurangabad
