Job Description
Gold Loan Officer - To conduct valuation and verification of gold ornaments with respect to weight, purity & Detect spurious, low purity gold and frauds to mitigate the risk. Cross sales- Sourcing / Acquisition of Gold loan customers, NTB as well as existing customer ides Networking and driving business with all sourcing channels in the branch to provide leads. ( CBE / Branch banking / Asset RMas) Micro marketing activities at potential locations in the catchment area of the branch.- Doing end to end operations involved in the disbursal of the loan. ( explaining the product, filling of form, valuation, sealing of packet, sending approvals, resolving queries, sending forms to NPC, resolving discrepancies, renewals etc) - Customer service pre and post sales. - Support collection RMas in resolving bucket and POT NPA cases. - Achieving Goal sheet numbers as per KPIas.
