. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of facilities, including buildings, equipment, and systems. You will develop and implement policies and procedures, manage facility-related projects, and maintain budgets. Your responsibilities also include leading a team of facility management staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to address facility needs. Additionally, you\'ll manage relationships with external vendors, identify sustainable practices, stay updated on industry trends, and recommend improvements. You will also handle audit-compliance, travel management, and expatriate management, including FRRO registration and support for expats moving into India.

  • Bachelor\'s degree, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A master\xe2\x80\x99s degree may be preferred.
  • Proven experience in facility management, with a focus on managing complex facilities.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance practices.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, such as OSHA and LEED.
