We specialize in the design, construction, and operation of Fuel Ethanol production Plant, Biodiesel production Plant, Essential Oil plant, Fuel Hydrogen Production plant, Pharma Grade ENA Spirit Production Plant, Alcohol Production Plant, Petrochemical Refinery Plant, Distillation Plant, Lubricant Production Plant, Resins Plant, Pyrolysis Plant, and BCG Production Plant. Job Title: HR cum Admin Job Overview: As an HR cum Admin , you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and managing HR functions within our biofuel consulting firm. In addition to handling receptionist responsibilities, you will be responsible for various HR tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting the overall functioning of the organization. Responsibilities: HR Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Coordinate new employee onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientations, and maintaining employee records. Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations. Support employee relations initiatives, including addressing employee queries, grievances, and performance management. Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees. Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave, and other relevant documentation. Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration. Support HR reporting and data analysis. Admin Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors, handle incoming calls, and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-presented. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and coordinating courier services. Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff. Maintain office supplies inventory, anticipate needs, and place orders as required. Assist in organizing company events and functions. Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and service providers. Assist in general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus. Proven experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry. Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and documentation. Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer service-oriented approach.
