Job Title: OCM Manager Experience: 5+ Years Hyderabad/Bangalore Responsibilities : Change Impact Assessment, Planning and Management Act as the Change Lead role for assigned projects, identify the size/scope of the change, define the Change Management approach and plan to deliver expected benefits Define Success metrics and KPI\'s for measuring OCM success and adjust plans as needed Lead Change Management activities to positively affect the speed and extent of adoption, partnering with Project Manager / Digital Transformation resources in coordination of Geo and local change activities (engagement events, meetings, workshops) as necessary Responsible for Change Impact assessments to ensure all changes are documented, and Current v/s Future state defined for all impacted audiences Stakeholder Engagement, Communication & Training General Stakeholder engagement & building relationships with them, Stakeholder Analysis relevant to the functions impacted by the projects Own & manage Change Agent Network to drive Program communications, own and develop Project-specific communications strategy and plan (comms via email, presentations, newsletters, SharePoint sites etc.) Coordinate training plan across different teams, manage training content localization as necessary & assist in the organization and execution of specific train-the-trainer and instructor-led training sessions Readiness & Adoption Facilitate the measurement of change readiness - Develop, prioritize, and lead the execution of action plans required to mitigate impacts and readiness gaps
