Position \xe2\x80\x93 Field counsellor Location - Jaipur Qualification: B.sc (Life-science) / B.sc or M.sc Nutrition/ B Pharma Experience \xe2\x80\x93 1 year in patient counselling and sales conversion Working hours \xe2\x80\x93 Flexible 6 days/week Gender: Male and Female Office location: Will be deployed in doctor\xe2\x80\x99s clinics/ patient\xe2\x80\x99s home. Languages: Good communication skills with fluency in English and at least one local language Travel: Yes (On a daily basis) Report into: Program Manager Manages team: Individual Contributor Role Dress code: Business formals; the employee must maintain a presentable attire during all times Key areas of responsibility: \xc2\xb7 Provide counselling related to Nerivio, its usage, and treatment adherence at doctor\xe2\x80\x99s clinic/patient\xe2\x80\x99s home \xc2\xb7 Conversion of patient leads i.e. sale of devices \xc2\xb7 Conduct device demo at the doctor\xe2\x80\x99s clinic/patient\xe2\x80\x99s home \xc2\xb7 Assist the interested patients in purchasing the device at the clinic/via Chatbot \xc2\xb7 Assist the patients for Onboarding via whatsapp Chatbot \xc2\xb7 Ensuring the devices are stored in a proper manner \xc2\xb7 Keeping a log of number of clinics/patient\xe2\x80\x99s homes visited \xc2\xb7 Recording patient details and updating the same in Portea portal if required \xc2\xb7 Coordinating with internal Portea teams and providing timely updates Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Benefits:
