Responsibilities
Customer Service Coordinator (Shipping / Documentation)
Job description:
Basic $2000 to 2500 (based on experience)
Location: Little India
Office hour: Mon - Fri (9 am – 6pm)
AWS + Bonus + 14 days AL
Job Responsibilities:
Handling and preparation of shipping docs
Liaising with customers, contractors, oversea agents, and transporters to ensure shipment goes smoothly
Perform custom permit declaration
Coordinating with import and export team to ensure accuracy on documentation and invoicing
Job Requirements:
Possess min ‘O’ / ‘ A’ Level or Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/other discipline.
**No experience needed, training will be provided
