Backed by prominent investors and partners we are rapidly growing our full-stack platform and access to credit. You will be responsible for: (Circle - Pan India) - **Involves Travel and fieldwork.

• Providing Collection and Recovery Services. Aggressively engaging with the defaulters to clear the outstanding dues.
• Ensuring coordination with Law Enforcement Authorities (LEA), local Gram Panchayats, and statutory and quasi-judicial bodies
• Ensure effective collection from defaulting Franchise Partners, Delivery Agents, Employees, Distributors, etc.
• Customers recovery cases - Coordinating with the customers to clear the payment, and liaison with LEAs in case of any non-cooperation.
• Police notices/ summons- Complying with notices/summons by giving a suitable reply/resolving the same.
• The threat of police action- Settlement of cases by liaising with the LEAs in case of a threat of receiving a police complaint/ notice.
• Cheating/Fraud cases \xe2\x80\x93 Handling the police notices/summons and getting the complaint, resolved.
• Coordinating with External Local Counsels, Agricultural Authorities to ensure compliance.
• Ensuring closure of any notices /complaints received by statutory authorities.
• Handling routine litigation matters and driving them for end-to-end closure.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Graduate, LL.B. will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Nodal, Liaison with LEA.
• Strong Networking with LEAs and statutory authorities.
• Robust understanding of the start-up environment.
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent stakeholder management.
• Ability to multitask in a rapidly changing environment.
