Roles and Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Supervise the functioning of network components and makes sure that they are active and problem free. \xef\x82\xb7 By the application of essential software application and hardware tools detects and identifies the nature of the problem and uses proper precautions to solve the problem. \xef\x82\xb7 Take network problem complaints from the users, analyzes them and depending on the difficulty of the problem, either seeks help or solves them himself. \xef\x82\xb7 Take the help of technical experts from the organization or from outside (if required) to solve a problem. \xef\x82\xb7 Is accountable for managing complaints and ensuring that they are resolved. \xef\x82\xb7 Finish the work according to policies of the company. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain a detailed record of the problems and methods used to solve it. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintain network facilities for continuous performance. \xef\x82\xb7 Synchronize with technical staff to design and create new software applications for supervising network performance and operations. \xef\x82\xb7 Carry out inspections on regular basis on network performance and prepares final reports for management. \xef\x82\xb7 Deal with power outages, black holes, network failures and make sure that main network is stable. \xef\x82\xb7 Candidate should be willing to work in 24X7 support Behavioral Skills: \xef\x82\xb7 Good verbal and written communication skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Interpersonal skills \xef\x82\xb7 Quick learner \xef\x82\xb7 Time Management and Organization skills.
