Job Description
- BE/B.Tec in Computer Engineering with 68%.
- 0-1+ years of experience working as an NOC engineer/ 2 - 3 years of Extensive experience working as an NOC Engineer on AWS Cloud.
- Ability to work flexible hours and 24/7 rotational shifts
- Must have, Good written and Verbal communication skills
- Experience in Monitoring AWS tools like CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Pressler PRTG, Nagios, Splunk infrastructures logs trough Monitoring tools.
- Experience and Knowledge on Datadog, Splunk and Elastic, Grafana/Kibana.
- Knowledge and experience on Virtual Machines and Cloud AWS Services.
- Knowledge of service architecture, design, resource configuration, and business impact of events and symptoms
- Expertise in monitoring tools, ITSM tools, backup, and DR tools
- Knowledge and undesiring of 24/7 Support model
- Knowledge of incident models, diagnostic tools, methods.
- Excellent troubleshooting and Analytical skills
