Manage and maintain the Clients Monitoring Systems for On-premises entities like Servers, Network elements and other Infrastructure Hands on experience using Network monitoring tools such as Meraki, OP Manager, or other Network Monitoring tools. Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to faults on systems and networks, liaising with 3rd party suppliers, handling escalation through to resolution). Provisioning (IP assignment, core network configuration, DNS setup, monitoring and graphing for colocation, leased lines, customer backup and other customer network services). technical documentation (for NOC) of processes and procedures used throughout normal operations. Development of knowledge and skills in network and system administration, particularly with regard to Client\xe2\x80\x99s architecture and platforms. Tier 1 Support for co-location, customer backup network and ISP services. Experience on network monitoring and trouble shooting Report incidents as per their SOP and troubleshoot issues within the defined scope and meet defined SLA Skills Required: Excellent communication skills Good personality Flexible to work in shifts Good knowledge on routers, switches etc Preferred CCNA/ CCNP certified Ability to learn and adapt different tools.
