Responsibilities:- Creation of plans and schedules in order to accomplish objectives- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives- Acts as a point of contact for the resolution of customer/partner escalations, enquiries and complaints from external and internal customers/partners- Contacting customers and presentation of the current services- Plans and continuously monitors departmental operations to ensure that all work requirements and customer needs are being met- Ensure sales targets are achieved- Directly interacting with stakeholders to bridge communication gaps and effective utilization of monthly meets- Accurate & timely submission of reports - weekly/monthly/ad hocRequirements:- Degree in business, marketing, communication or any other related field- Should have an experience of working in IT industry- Practical experience in a similar position advantageous- Well-developed presentation and negotiation skills- Excellent communication skills- Goal- and customer-orientation- Ability to individually relate and respond to each customer's demands (ref:updazz.com)
