Sales Executive - Inbound SalesResponsibilities:- Generating new sales opportunities through inbound leads follow-up - Following up with leads to encourage them to sign proposals.- Proactively seek/identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs- Turning leads into active customers- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives- Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline- Customer Relationship Management- Making effective sales pitch based on the identified needs of the prospects and navigate through objection handling effectively- Act as Front Line Representatives for the company and showcase the brand effectively- Building strong interpersonal relationships with client's key decision-makers (middle/senior management)- Responsible for managing the Sales Leads on CRM- Performing effective online demos to Prospective Clients- Co-ordinate with Sales Team for meeting outcome and subsequent follow-up.Requirements:- Excellent oral, written and listening skills- Candidate should have sound knowledge of sales performance metrices- Should have excellent business acumen and are persistent in spotting the right leads, following up and converting them to qualified prospects- Must have immaculate selling skills and can deliver the most effective targeted pitches- Candidate should be well versed with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)- Should be able to coordinate with teams - both internal and external, and deliver successful outcomes- Planning and executing sales' strategy to maximize revenues (ref:updazz.com)
