We are currently seeking a Network Support Advisor to join our team in Bengaluru, Karn\xc4\x81taka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Should have handled TCPWave or any Other Vendor Product - DNS, DHCP,IPAM and NTP modules.

New installation and configuration of DNS Servers as per the Design.

Managing DNS/DHCP Appliances Patching, Upgrades.

IP Address Space and Network discovery service management.

Managing DNS services, Configuring DNS Zones, Records and DHCP Service.

Respond, investigate, and troubleshoot monitoring alerts and customer raised incidents.

Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and NTP related configuration and service issues.

Expertise with Linux, ISC BIND,ISC DHCP,TCP/IP Network Protocols, DNS Anycast, BGP and IPV6.

Basic Understanding of Network Routing, Switching, Firewalls, LAN/WAN/WLAN.

Knowledge on Active Directory, Microsoft DNS & DHCP, Networking and Load balancer.

Make recommendations for process and technical improvements.

ITIL Process Adherence.
