We are currently seeking a Network Engineering Advisor to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Job Responsibilities: - Interact with a large variety of clients to provide network technical support for complex network related incidents, changes and projects. - Gather requirements, analyze technical networking issues and the develop options and recommendations. - Coordinate, install, and maintain appropriate systems software and hardware.

Required:

• 10+ years of hands-on network implementation/support with Cisco products.

• Ability to apply principles, theories, and concepts, as well as knowledge of related networking disciplines

• Advanced knowledge of platform operation systems (router platforms, LAN, WAN, and router protocols) and how they interact with the network

• Advanced skills in gathering requirements and implementing/supporting network solutions

• Full understanding of Cisco WAN/LAN/Wireless internetworking including design elements, cost versus performance tradeoffs, protocol interoperability

• Advanced knowledge and troubleshooting skills to support Cisco ACI and Riverbed WAN Optimization solutions.

• Advanced skills and knowledge and adherence to Change Management processes.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• Strong customer service skills; interfaces with customers, end users, partners and associates

• Additionally, the candidate must work well within a team, and adapt easily to change.

• Good troubleshooting skills

• Customer facing skills

Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree

• CCNP Enterprise must/ CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure desirable
