Network Engineer
Location: J.P Nagar 2nd phase Bangalore
Skills

• Comprehensive understanding of network services and networks such as TCP/IP, OSPF and EIGRP
• In-depth understanding and practical knowledge of networking systems such as LAN, firewalls, routers and printers
• Ability to analyze and evaluate networks, identify issues, and provide solutions to ensure networks are operating efficiently
• Ability to design, implement and troubleshoot Wi-FI and security infrastructure
• Ability to coordinate and manage projects from design though implementation
• Ability to communicate technical information to other technical/non-technical team members
• Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls like Palo Alto
• Troubleshooting problems with existing networks to determine the cause of malfunctions or breakdowns and recommending solutions
• Designing and creating new computer networks according to company specifications
• Analyzing network performance to identify areas for improvement
• Experience working on monitoring tools like Solar Winds
• Working hands on experience on setting up external DNS and assist with certificate management
• Providing technical support for network security issues and vulnerabilities, including intrusion detection and prevention mechanisms
• Installing new network hardware and software, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other equipment
• Performing risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend solutions to improve security
• Managing and troubleshooting the network, including installing new equipment and updating software packages
• Experience working on Cisco Meraki or Silverpeak and Aruba SD-WAN Devices
• 8 to 9 years\' experience in routing and switching technologies
