What You\'ll Be Doing: Summary: The Cloud Security Engineer is responsible for configuring, managing, and monitoring Zscaler products to protect Evolent Health\'s cloud environment. The analyst will also investigate security incidents, respond to security threats, and develop and implement security policies and procedures. Responsibilities: Configure Zscaler policies, rules, and settings to enforce security controls, including network segmentation, user authentication, and access restrictions. Collaborate with network and system administrators to integrate Zscaler ZPA/ZIA into the existing network infrastructure and cloud platforms. Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate controls and configurations for Zscaler ZPA/ZIA deployment. Develop and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and rules within the Zscaler environment to prevent unauthorized data leakage or exfiltration. Monitor Zscaler logs and alerts to detect and investigate security incidents or policy violations. Take necessary actions for incident response and remediation. Stay up to date with the latest Zscaler features, releases, and security trends to ensure the effective utilization of the platform. Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams during the implementation and troubleshooting of Zscaler and DLP solutions. Respond and investigate to security incidents. Search for trends and present security findings to leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, information security, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in cloud security. Experience with Zscaler products. Experience with security incident response. Experience with security policy development and implementation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
