We are looking for a Network Security Engineer - Operations to join our team at our Bangalore Center of Excellence. As a member of the team, you will be given the opportunity to deliver the solutions for all our network and security infrastructure. B.Responsible Monitor and maintain our systems and services. Troubleshoot network access control and other relevant Business issues Provide timely and accurate update and information on assigned service request and request for changes Perform installations, upgrades, preventive maintenance, backup, monitoring, access administration and related Develop, iterate and report relevant network security coverage metrics Define and iterate on relevant operational procedures Perform incident analysis and recommend remediation steps Manage and oversee network security policies Tune and maintain network security monitoring/alerting systems Maintain data integrity and ensure the security standards and best practices Be capable of working proactively and independently in your day-to-day role; Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders; Collaborate with the rest of the Network and Security community on finding the right solutions to existing problems; Challenge ideas and methods while working together with talented, highly skilled team members; Help team members to improve their skills by providing technical guidance; Maintain and develop knowledge of cyber security trends; B.Skilled Detailed knowledge of firewalls, proxies, VPNs; Detailed knowledge in Next Generation Firewalls, Solid fundamentals in security concepts; Knowledge of networking and security concepts such as BGP, IPv6, VXLAN, EVPN, IPSec, SSL VPN, SSL Decryption, 802.1x, User id, Threat Prevention and Posture; Solid exposure to AWS Network resources (Transit Gateways, VPCs, Subnets, Route Tables, NAT Gateways, Internet Gateways, VPNs, Direct Connects, etc); Experience in design, implementation, migrations and support of large global networks, including corporate networks are a plus; Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging and network data analysis; Experience with Palo Alto devices, Panorama, Global Protect Knowledge of Zero Trust, Beyond Corp and SASE is required; Knowledge about PrismaCloud, ClearPass and Aruba is nice to have; Experience with other network and Security vendors such as Juniper, Cisco and Arista is nice to have; Professional level Certifications such as CCNP/SEC JNCIP/SEC, PCSNP is a plus Experience in automation and scripting preferably in Python is a plus.
