Company Name : WIPRO Role : Network L1 Engineer Department : C2H ( Contract to Hire ) Experience : 2 -3 years Notice Period : 0-30 days Location : Mumbai JOB DESCRIPTION : FOR 2+ YEARS JD : Fair Knowledge of L3/L2 Switches Cisco 9300,9200,4500,3850,2960, Switch configuration and IOS upgradation. STP, RSTP, MSTP, VTP Modes, IP Addressing & Subnetting. Routing Protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP), Static & Dynamic routing, , Wireless (Controller based / Controller less architecture), Basic Knowledge of Firewall, Routers, SDWAN. Should have LAN/WAN Network troubleshooting and problem solving ability. Proactively monitors the work queues and maintaining the Network performance & timely incident update, RCA documentation. CCNA Certified, CCNP knowledge preferred For 3 + YEARS JD : Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in Network Routing and Switching Good troubleshooting skills. Experience in assembling/disassembling computer hardware and components. Understanding of TCP/IP networking. Knowledge & Skills (Functional/Technical) Hands on experience in various networking products such as routers, switches, wireless, Proxy Server, Firewall Good knowledge of TCP/IP stack routing, switching and subnetting Expertise in Routing protocols like RIP, OSPF and EIGRP Experience in configuring Trunk, VTP, VLANs, IPSEC/GRE. Develop and maintain architecture diagrams and documents. Maintains IT inventory records. Complies with all company policies and procedures Leadership / Managerial Attributes NA Other Requirements (licences, certifications and specialized training) CCNA Preferred
