• Focus on automation to identify and implement efficiency in our current processes and operating model
• Be Ready to take ownership of various tasks such as Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, Feedback, Requirement Gathering, planning and Quality Assurance which may require multi-tasking
• Support coverage - Follow the Indian business hours (Also must be willing to work On-Call for After-hours support for Incidents)
• Participate in world class Network development and assurance!

Core Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of the Telecom Network landscape and the previous experience with Assurance - Triaging and troubleshooting of connectivity issues.
• Ability to work collectively in a DevOps team undertaking both Development function (Capability build, BA, Integration work) and also Operationally supporting the platform.
• Agile Engineering and Adaptability \xe2\x80\x93 includes Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, Feedback, Requirement Gathering, planning and Quality Assurance which may require multi-tasking.
• Soft Skills - Listening Skills, Taking Ownership, Conflict Resolution, Assertiveness, Clear Communication.
• Focus on automation to identify and implement efficiency in our current processes and operating model.
• Basic Understanding of Languages Python, Perl, Java.
• Prior experience in Assurance and knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Strong Linux fundamentals and scripting
• Knowledge of some DevOps tools such as Slack, Teams, Jira, OpenStack, GitHub, BitBucket, Ansible

Experience

• Good working knowledge of Telecommunication (Network) landscape
• Good to have experience with Telstra Incident/Change/Problem management
• Beneficial to have exposure in Security methodologies
• Scripting (Unix/Python/API)
• Call tracing
• CRM familiarity (MICA/Siebel/B2B) + Provisioning knowledge (optional)
• B.A. experience (optional)

• Netscout/TMA
• SPLUNK experience
• Any API tools

This role will be primarily performing network assurance to customers, triaging, incident management, change management, problem management, and will be providing Level 2-3 support and troubleshooting connectivity issues.

About You
