It has been developed by a team of experienced developers and infrastructure experts and is backed by insights from Customer Care leaders experienced in the Enterprise, Aviation, Contact Centre, Logistics, Government, Healthcare, Insurance, Managed Service providers and Technology Industries. The system is built to service organizations of all sizes and can handle multi-team, multi-vendor, OEM and multi-company web and email customer support operations. Based in Malta and Pondicherry, India has been responsible and directly involved in building many IT infrastructures, unified communications, telecommunications and outsourcing for blue chip, enterprise, contact centre and governmental institutions, in diverse industries ranging from financial to aviation sectors. Network and Security Support Engineers - Raiseaticket Pondicherry We are looking for Network support engineers to provide enterprise-level expertise and support to our infrastructure. Ultimately, you will be a person of our infrastructure team\'s trust. We will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical problems and scalability. What we do

• Possess extensive experience in systems integration of Servers, Storage, Networking, Security, Data Protection, Cloud, Virtualization and Development amongst others
• Along with our Managed Services, our team of industry-certified professionals are driven by expertise and project management excellence in evolving technologies

What You Will Do

• Work alongside our infrastructure team to install, configure, monitor and troubleshoot network devices and related monitoring tools
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Track issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal and external teams
• Ensure all issues are properly logged
• Prioritize and manage several issues at one time
• Document technical knowledge
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time to minimize any disruption to the client and internal systems
• Liaise with other team members for projects or ongoing support
• Investigate security alerts and security findings and determine remediation steps
• Perform security related scans and testing

• Provide remote or onsite support as required

Desired Capabilities:

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in implementing, administrating and troubleshooting network devices \xe2\x80\x93 specifically but not limited to:
• Cisco & HP Switches and Routers
• Cisco Wireless Controller & Access Points.
• Cisco ASA
• F5 load balancers
• Setting up NAT, PAT, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANS, HSRP, Route Maps, WAN optimization, and SLA monitoring.
• Supporting the network and data centre operations within the desired SLA
• Experience in:
• Remote Access: Console routers, IPMI, BMC, ILO, Terminal Servers, Idrac
• Redundancy: Power feeds, Server and Storage Hardware, RAID.
• Google Cloud: Configure, deploy, monitor Google Cloud Infrastructure consisting of network architecture, application security, identity and access management.
• Ability to diagnose & analyse complex networking problems
• CCNP or CCNA certification will be considered a plus

Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
