• Administer the NetSuite platform.
• Primary point of contact to NetSuite Support.
• Providing front line support with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and data maintenance.
• Planning, reviewing, and customizing NetSuite as needed to meet needs of staff.
• Develop and maintain saved searches, reports, KPI\xe2\x80\x99s, and dashboards.
• Engage with end users to grasp business necessities thus allowing the most effective solutions to issues.
• Provide technical assistance to end-users along with holding training sessions on user adoption.
• Manage implementation process for ERP, CRM, & OneWorld modules.
• Development and maintenance of custom application extensions using system API and third-party tools.
• Developing, documenting, and following formal policies, procedures and protocols for changes, customization, standards, usage, etc.
• Transpose reports to necessary outlets (google, Salesforce, etc).
• Support Executive team asks as well as Sales Operations requests.
• Maintain user roles and system access working along with HR for onboarding/offboarding.
• Support accounting teams with AP, AR, GL, and fixed assets when required.
• Source business requirements and processes and translate into deliverable tasks across various business units.
• 2+ Years of NetSuite Experience.
• Effective communication both verbal and written
• High proficiency in English language is a must

Key Relationships

• In-Direct report to the CEO of TechFarben
• Operational report to the CTO and Head of Projects
