Nation with NaMo is India\'s leading political consulting organization, dedicated to providing high quality professional support for political campaigns. We have been an integral part of various momentous election campaigns including 2014 & 2019 Lok Sabha Elections and various other state elections. Our work includes envisioning, designing and executing innovative electioneering campaigns, supporting the client leadership, facilitating capacity building of the grassroots cadre and shaping governance.

Our team members come from some of the most prestigious academic institutions in the country including IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Delhi, ISB Hyderabad, NLSIU Bangalore, SRCC, LSR, IIT Guwahati, IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Indore, IIM Bangalore, IIM Kolkata and MDI Gurgoan.

Job Role:

- Monitor the social media activities of the client and the competitive landscape

- Measure and report monthly performance of clients social media assets

- Prepare strategies for improving the clients performance on social media

Qualities we are looking for:

- Knowledge of social media performance metrics

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Proficient with MS Excel and Powerpoint

- Ability to analyze data to derive actionable insights

- Strong written, communication and presentation skills.

- Passion for politics and marketing

- Working knowledge of social media platforms is a must

Educational/Experience Qualifications:

- Degree from a leading Indian / International education institution.

- Relevant experience of 2+ years gained in either Strategy Consulting firms, Digital Marketing firms, product or growth-focused roles or similar experience in the relevant sector.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Sheet

- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, policies, and procedures within the consulting industry or digital marketing firms.
