- Our work leverages on-ground activities, data analytics, research and new age media as a force multiplier for the Prime Minister\'s messages and actions.

- We comprise a diverse group of dedicated individuals including former management consultants, lawyers, engineers, political theorists, public policy professionals and other varied sectors from premier institutes and corporates with the unified objective of meaningfully contributing to the polity of the nation.

Roles & Responsibilities include the following:

1. Ability to establish strong client relationship

2. Manage a wide range of activities, such as media coordination, developing media briefs for campaign and candidates, documenting media feedback structures and creating a solid media network for our national project.

3. Work towards setting a media narrative and the agenda for the public to debate on politics.

4. Extensive reach-out to the journalist at state/national level for media coordination and interactions.

5. Build on further understanding and expertise of the media landscape, develop and maintain a healthy network with the media at national, state, district level; and represent the organization or the client in a confident, yet humble and professional manner.

6. Regular participation in identifying key narrative points and producing content for social and digital media channels including client\'s properties

7. Develop narrative and communication goals, objectives, and plans to drive overall media strategy

8. Devise and deliver accurate, timely, creative, and engaging inputs that positively impact the flow of narrative in mainstream media

9. Measure and present results of media narrative shaping efforts

Skill Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a media/related industry.

2. A Bachelor or a Master\'s degree (preferably from a reputed institution) in Mass Communication/Journalism/PR/Media Management/Relevant field of social sciences.

3. Should be proficient in media structures, political structures and current affairs.

4. The ability to prioritize and organize daily work for the team, demonstrate initiative, ensure efficient collaboration within the team & otherwise

5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
